I found a temporary solution. If you type in Resource Manager, and click on the Resource Manager Desktop app that come up in the results, it will open up the Resource manager window. From there you can see what is using up your resources. If you click on
the CPU tab, you can see the process eating at your CPU right? From the Resource manager, you can suspend the process which will instantly make a difference. Make sure that the process that the process that you are suspending is not anything that the system
needs in order to run, before you suspend it.
It is safe to end the specific process mentioned in this thread as it is not required for the system to run. Ps2 isos mega.
